Roger started in Royal Rangers as a boy earning the Woodmaster Rating in TrailRangers.  He has served as a Lt Commander, Commander, Senior Commander and Outpost Councilman in the outpost level.  Roger also served on Waco Section Staff as the Killeen Area Commander and Waco Section Training Coordinator during his time of service in the military at Ft. Hood ,Tx. 

He attended NTC in Chester Tx in 1996. Other Training attended is WCO, Johnny Barnes Ministry Initiative, LEAD Seminar.  He is a certified instructor for the Oklahoma District.  He served as the RRA president and as District Webmaster and as Deputy District Commander.  Some of his main duties for the district is serving as the Registration officer for major district Royal Ranger functions. Roger is a Software Engineer.

He is married to Jennifer and has 6 children and two grandsons.
