World Class Outpost(WCO)

WORLD CLASS OUTPOST (WCO) SEMINAR

(National Training Event)

August 15-16, 2008

The Assembly at Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Purpose of the World Class Outpost Seminar:

The goal of a World Class Outpost is to reach the highest level of excellence, and to soar beyond by constant evaluation and improvement.  Being a World Class Outpost is NOT simply being the best outpost in town, or in the city.  A World Class Outpost measures itself against a high standard of effectiveness.  The World Class Outpost seminar will:

    1.  Paint a vision for growth and excellence in each outpost.

    2.  Defina a process to achieve the vision.

    3.  Introduce habits and practices that will:

        a.  Encourage outposts to utilize the spiritual gifts of their leaders.

        b.  Identify the leadership aptitudes needed in an outpost to utilize the power of team leadership.

    4.  Provide the planning tools that assist the outpost in self evaluation and improvement.

    5.  Develop the understanding that creating an environment for a successful outpost requires prayer and a sensitivity to God's leading. (Psalm 78:72)

    6.  Empower Royal Rangers leaders to build champions for the future.
